Troubleshooting Methods for fClock

This section explains the troubleshooting methods for issues that may arise with fClock.

1. After uninstalling fClock, an error message appears when signing in to Windows.

After uninstalling fClock obtained from the Microsoft Store, the following message may appear when signing in to your PC.

Windows cannot find ‘shell:AppsFolder\FukunekoInc.fClock_xb39tsfa9a1k2!FCLOCK’. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.

This occurs because fClock was uninstalled while the ‘Automatically start at sign-in’ option was still checked in the settings.

Troubleshooting Method 1

  1. Reinstall fClock from the Microsoft Store.
  2. Launch fClock and open “Settings” to uncheck the “Automatically start at sign-in” option.
  3. Close fClock and uninstall it.
  4. Done.

Troubleshooting Method 2

  1. Press the “Windows key” + “R key” simultaneously.
  2. The “Run” dialog box will open.
  3. In the “Open” field, type the following:
    shell:startup

  4. Press the “OK” button.
  5. The “Startup” folder will open.
  6. Delete the icon that starts with “fClock”.
  7. Done.

2. fClock is not displayed

Even though fClock is running, it may not be displayed. This is often because fClock is displayed outside the monitor’s range.

Troubleshooting Method for Windows

  1. Click the fClock icon in the task tray (the group of icons displayed by clicking the “^” on the right side of the taskbar).
  2. A menu will appear, select “Move” -> “Center on this monitor”.
